The research project “Civil Society Against Corruption in Ukraine” aimed to analyse the activities of national and regional civil society organisations in the field of anti-corruption.
The project was implemented between 2017 and 2019 and aimed to develop practical recommendations for key stakeholders, in particular the international donor community, on how to strengthen support for regional anti-corruption organisations and maximise their influence on anti-corruption policy.
The project focused on:
- analysing the strategies, methods, outcomes and organisational capacities of civil society organisations across all regions of Ukraine, based on empirical data from approximately 250 interviews conducted during a previous project;
- preparing a comprehensive monitoring report;
- formulating recommendations on effective approaches to supporting regional anti-corruption civil society organisations and strengthening their organisational capacity and influence on anti-corruption policy at the regional level.
