We invite you to a public lecture by Anton Yanchuk, Head of Asset Recovery and Management Agency or ARMA, “ARMA: Theory and Practice”, which will be held on March 19, 2019, at 18:00.
The National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes (ARMA) is a unique executive body with a special status authorized to form and implement state policy in the field of detection and management of assets arrested during the criminal proceedings.
As of December 2018, more than 700 items were transferred to the ARMA management, the total value of these assets exceeds UAH 3.5 bln. Among the corrupt assets that the Agency deals with are such well-known items as the Chernomorets stadium in Odesa, two plants in western Ukraine, a helicopter platform of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych and even Mezhygirya.
Thus, activists, public figures, young specialists and students interested in finding, tracing and managing assets derived from corruption and other crimes, as well as all those who believe that corrupt property should be returned to the state budget, are invited to the public lecture.
In addition to the main program of the lecture, participants will have the opportunity to freely ask any question and during the “Questions & Answers” session.
