We kindly invite you to visit the lecture of the Anti-Corruption Hub on “How do we run the anti-corruption marathon?”.
A number of large-scale anti-corruption reforms were adopted in Ukraine over the past three years. A combined pressure of the society and international community led to the adoption of several laws as well as the establishment of National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, and National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. The next step is the establishment of the Anti-Corruption Court. All officials were obliged to submit public electronic declarations of property status. No matter the achievements so far, it is still too early to say about the system changes. There is still a question whether these reform will be truly irreversible.
Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, the executive director of Transparency International Ukraine, the expert in organizing public lobbying campaigns, political expertise and policy analysis will speak on the successes and challenges that we are facing today.
Join us on February 9th at 7:00 pm in the premise of the Anti-Corruption Hub: 8/5 Voloska Str., KMArtSpace.
