Conducts comprehensive research on the theoretical foundations and practical implementation of the rule of law and human rights standards in Ukraine. His scientific activities focus on developing and substantiating methodologies for applying criteria of effectiveness in the functioning of public authorities in various areas: public service delivery, organization and conduct of elections, judicial oversight of human rights compliance.
His research also delves into constitutional and legal issues regarding the implementation of the principle of separation of powers and the restriction of discretionary powers as integral components of the rule of law.
